Autumn Color

Woke up in the night w/ vertigo.  Still had it when the alarm went off this morning so I texted Friend Nancy that I wouldn't be able to pick her up for church this morning.  She took charge, came over, drove me to the Emergency Room and entertained me for three hours while they made sure vertigo was all it was.  Infection - no.  Dehydration - no.  Heart Problem - no.  The doc said once you get "of a certain age" this kind of stuff happens.  She had me pumped full of some anti-nausea stuff and gave me pills for the dizziness.  Sent me home w/ a prescription for more  pills and said the physical therapist group would be calling me on Monday to schedule some training in exercises to relieve the effects of vertigo caused by inner-ear issues.  Feeling better tonight - at least I'm not hitting walls when walking and throwing up when I turn my head.  I consider those all good things.  My pets did their best to help in my recovery too.  Whip walked out on her own and let herself back in the house (I still have to close the door after her) and the cats curled up in my lap or next to my head and purred.  Hope to be feeling even better tomorrow.

Definitely do the physical therapy. They can cure it in one session.
