Knapweed

The ionosphere must have been super-charged last night. I was trying to find out who-done-it on a PBS murder mystery the station digitized and went out. Since I'm also within another PBS station, I tried that one but it too would digitize and go away. I use an antenna and converter box so reran the channel finder app. My usual number of 13 channels jumped to a count of almost 40 channels. The extra channels were from skywave propagation of broadcasts beyond the curvature of the earth. The TV stations transmit and broadcasted waves reflect off the ionosphere, bouncing back to earth much further away. Interesting phenomena but, as expected, those extra channels won't come in this morning. Anyway, the police inspector did it.

At our house, we just say "the cable is screwed up".
