Indy was at the window whimpering so I went to look. Rabbits that live under the deck were dancing around out on top of the snow. I agreed w/ her - they needed to be put in their place. I took Indy around to the front door and let her outside. Then I ran to the south-east windows to watch the rabbits run for cover. They did hop under the deck but took their time. The rain that had started the night before had put a thin crust of ice on top of the snow. The rabbits were light enough to stand atop it w/o even making a footprint. Indy was crashing through the ice layer w/ each footfall and up to her belly in wet heavy snow.    It was almost like she was moving in slow motion. When I called her, she was glad to come back inside and dry off. I looked out a little later and the bunnies were back, hopping around merrily ... laughing at us.
