Red-Winged Blackbirds

When we are cleaning the milking parlor, Mike (age 21) and Lisa (age 19) just bend down and slip under metal bars.  When I need to do that (thankfully, it's not often) I'm down on my knees and crawling.  Separately, I told two friends that I was thinking of taking up yoga or Tai Chi to make me more flexible.  Both of my friends said that was a good idea but not to expect either exercise to make me able to bend like Mike and Lisa.  I asked what they thought would help me.  Both replied, "A time machine".

From your much older sister....it does not get any easier. I have been "eyeing" the exercise program they have on TV for "Seniors". :-)
Actually a friend of mine likes Tai Chi and she is my age.
