Oriole
During the winter months I'd have to refill the seed & suet bird feeders daily. The birds would go into a feeding frenzy as soon as I walked away. Spring/Summer, even though there are more birds around, I only top off those feeders each morning. The birds must forage for fresh food sources. On the other hand, right now the orioles and hummers are hitting their feeders so hard that I'm often refilling them w/ jelly and sugar water. I unhooked one almost empty hummer feeder in order to replace it w/ a full one. A hummer came in and sat on the feeder I was holding in my hand. She didn't seem to care that I was moving it around but remained until she drank her fill. Because hummingbirds are so territorial, I've placed their feeders at least 10 feet apart. It would be better if I could have them out of sight of each other but the other side of the deck is so windy the feeders would be spraying sticky sugar water every where. The oriole feeder has two cups for jelly so I put grape in one cup and raspberry in the other. I've been watching - the orioles favor raspberry by far.

Good to know on the grape jelly vs. other flavors question. We were just discussing this. The grocery store is usually out of grape jelly this time of year. We think the Orioles are brand specific, too.
Seem to like Smucker brand the best.

I agree with the oriole. Raspberry is my favorite also.
