Excerpts from Sheriff's Report:
3:17 a.m. - Caller believes his neighbors are harassing him, moving his things and stalking him on Tik Tok. Caller states a bicycle was moved by an unknown person and he has been in contact with individuals on Tik Tok and Instagram that know his location. Caller told that moving a bike is not a crime and was instructed to block the unwanted contacts on social media.
9:33 a.m. - Complainant states he had a package delivered. Reports it was accidentally delivered to his daughter-in-law's home and they are not on speaking terms. Daughter-in-law denied receiving package. Deputy to follow up with Fed Ex.
11:19 a.m. - Owner of property advised he has until the end of the month to clear all of the garbage stored behind his house or he will be cited. Homeowner said he doesn't have the money to put it in garbage bags because they are too expensive. Homeowner states he will be renting a dumpster to get rid of the junk.
12:00 p.m. - Female caller at shelter states she was kicked out. Deputy spoke with caller and facility director. No law violated. Complainant was told she was a guest and can be told to leave at any time. Complainant agreed to follow home rules and was allowed to stay.
1:04 p.m. - Drug court reporting that an individual damaged their ankle bracelet by cutting it off. Damaged monitor was located in the microwave.
1:51 p.m. - Caller reports an unknown vehicle parked by their barn. Unknown how it got there and they do not know the registered owner. Contact made with registered owner. Said their daughter's mother-in-law moved it there to hide it as it was a birthday surprise. Deputy advised them that they can't just pick a spot on someone else's property and asked them to move it. Mother-in-law advised to talk to property owners.
2:09 p.m. - Caller states she received a call from a female that has been locked in the basement. Male in residence did not realize female was home and accidently locked her in.
5:09 p.m. - Call from librarian at library. She reports that while she was closing the library, a male drove erratically into parking lot just before closing time, striking a curb. Driver began to yell at caller because she was closing the library.
6:59 p.m. - Caller reports someone stole her wallet at store. Reporting party showed officer video of individual stealing wallet. Officer went to residence of individual who initially denied having the wallet but wallet found there. Citations for theft and obstruction issued. Wallet and contents returned to owner.
7:26 p.m. - Complainant calling from Florida reports the motion alarm in his living room is sounding. Deputy checked property, no signs of forced entry. All doors and windows secured.
8:42 p.m. - Honda Civic at gas station with dog locked inside. Deputy unlocked vehicle. Second call from reporting party stating his dog locked the vehicle again. Deputy unlocked vehicle again.
