Conjunction of Venus and the Moon

Tuesday I realized that while Mjolnir's A/C blew, it didn't cool.  Put a call to Winco for assistance but had to leave a message.  I called them again and was assured the plan was to fix it on Thursday but didn't know when.  Today is also County Clean Sweep Day and library duty.  Fortunately, the serviceman came in the morning.   I've had them out every year since I put that system in.  The serviceman said there are 8 of these same units they installed and they all seep a little freon over the winter.  Once the freon is topped off they are good to go until the next winter.  Clean Sweep opened at 2 p.m. at the County Seat.  I got there 10 minutes before opening time.  I knew there would be a line of cars but I wanted to drop this stuff off so I could get back to the village library.  The organization was efficient and they began processing early.  Within 10 minutes I was at the first checkpoint.  Only had electronic type stuff to drop off so they sent me to checkpoint three.  Was in line there for about two minutes before they opened up the back of the car and took out a large tube style TV (helped out the cousins who were cleaning my aunt & uncles place by saying I would get rid of it for them), a small 13" tube style TV (the last of my tube style TV's), a converter box, wire that had snaked from the disk on the roof through the house to a router, and a large printer.  I didn't get out of the car - they unloaded it for me.  The bill was $70.   More than I expected it to be but happy to have the stuff out of my garage.  Whole process (including waiting) took about 15 minutes.  Everyone was happy and pleasent because it was early on in the process.  Had plenty of time to get back to the village and the library's Summer Reading Program w/ dozens of  kids.  The library (unlike Mjolnir) still doesn't have working air conditioning and I was wiping sweat off my face for the next three hours.
