Whip

 Excerpts from the Sheriff's Report:

8:28 a.m. - Something suspicious bobbing up and down in a lake.  Determined it was a bench or dock.

9:11 a.m. - Neighbor dumping garbage in a yard.  Determined the garbage had been there for some time.

9:40 a.m. - Report of someone with parental rights taking a child to the County Community Library.

11:23 a.m. - Property dispute involving a man intimidating another man with a gun at Outfitters store.

11:24 a.m. - Harassment by a man in a motorized wheelchair harassing female employees at Walmart.

12:15 p.m. - Report of a sewage truck spilling sewage all over the road.  Determined it was water.

12:22 p.m. - Theft of candy valued at 50 cents reported at Dollar General store.

2:21 p.m. - Garbage bags reported along road.  Determined it was an Earth Day clean up event and the bags will be picked up.

3:25 p.m. - Suspicious behavior by people with a dead hamster.  [Yes, same people from the last Sheriff's report.]

4:28 p.m. - Officer assisted citizen with a ride to his vehicle from Sheriff's office.

5:18 p.m. - Motorist pulled over on the way to a date because he thought he was speeding.

5:25 p.m. - Report of an out of control other attempting to jump out of a car and scaring children.

8:38 p.m. - 911 hang up by someone yelling.  Determined a child was upset about being told to do the dishes.

8:51 p.m. - Ctizen confronting child about handing out cigarettes.

9:53 p.m. - Report of a juvenile coming home with a tattoo.

11:48 p.m. - Suspicious man demanding money and threatening a citizen on a Fit Bit app.
