Eastern Tailed Blue butterfly

Last night was my night to volunteer at the library.  Before she left for the day, the librarian said that one of the women sitting at a computer had her identity stolen.   The woman had told the librarian that she had gone to the police, had bought a throw-away phone, and wanted a computer to rectify what she could of the damage done.   The librarian had been empathetic to the woman's plight.   I sat down at the reception desk to start working on the tasks the librarian had left for me to do.  Soon the woman was crying that she didn't know how to get to Google so I went over and pointed to the icon and said to click on it.  Google came up and the woman started keying in something she had written on a piece of paper.  I went back to my desk.  Things went downhill from there.  The woman would call out for me to come over to help her.  Once or twice I was able to be of help but most stuff I couldn't (example, I don't know her Facebook password).  I reminded myself that here was a woman under a great deal of stress so didn't reply the times she sarcastically asked, "Do you really work here?!" and questioned my intelligence.  She wanted to know where the helpful woman had gone and I replied that the librarian had left for the day.   I left a note for the librarian that the woman hadn't been happy that I didn't know how to get her new phone to print directly to our printer and she might be in the next day looking for help.    I truly hope the woman can piece together her on-line identity  ... hopefully before I'm on library duty again.
