I sent for a pop-up card on Amazon. It arrived in the same package as a roll of wire (also ordered at the same time). The packaging was a flexible paper bag with no admonitions on the outside to keep it flat. The post office decided it would fit in my box if they rolled it up and stuffed it in. The card was pretty warped (trying to straighten it out by putting a heavy weight on it.) Amazon sent an e-mail requesting me to write a review of the product. I gave it low marks because of the way it arrived. Got another e-mail from Amazon saying they were rejecting my review because it was a packaging problem and not a product problem. The e-mail included a link to the page where I could give feedback on packaging. I clicked on that imbedded URL. The page doesn't exist. An interesting way to resolve complaints.
