I woke up in the night to a thunderstorm. Checked the rain gauge (I love my new toy) this morning and we picked up 3 3/8ths inch of rain. Did the usual stuff today and ended it the usual way too. Sitting on the couch w/ the dog watching an old horror movie - with added schmaltz from host Svengoolie. Reminded me that my daylilies are all blooming now including the almost black Nosferatu. (Obviously not the one pictured.)
