Daylilies

They sang two songs I knew today at church - Holy, Holy, Holy and Standing on the Promises of God.  They even sang them w/ the correct tune (the first could have been a bit peppier) and w/ the same words I had learned growing up.  Sermon was from James 3:1 and was on point.  Kept my interest and I didn't make any lists.  Well ... pastor did talk about damnation for those people preaching false doctrines and my mind wandered to Dante's Inferno.  I tried to remember which level of Hell ecclesiastics who frauded the faithful were sent.  (Turns out it's 8.)  The church's parking lot is being resurfaced.  Friend Nancy had warned me to park at the far edge of the lot.  She said that lacking lines delineating parking spaces, people coming in for second service sometimes trapped first service attendee's cars by parking three deep.  Like I said, good sermon but not one I wanted to hear twice in one day.
