American Fly Honeysuckle

The pace of Covid vaccinations is slowing yet we haven't reached the illusive 'herd immunity' percentage yet.   Using logic - i.e. if you are vaccinated you won't get sick nor pass it on to others - isn't convincing the remaining holdouts.  So now is maybe the time to use different psychologies.  First we could try making it a game.  You know - get the shots and your name is put into a raffle for a TV or a cruise, etc.  Second - announce that the shots will no longer be free after, say, the 4th of July.  That will cause a run on getting the shots before that date and afterwards the government can occasionally offer 2 for 1 sales (everyone loves a good sale).  Third - make the shots scarce.  Start shipping some of  our Covid vaccination supply to countries that are literally dying for them.   It's counterintuitive but making shots a little harder to get now will have the impact of making them more desirable.

Good ideas!
I saw where the Museum of Natural History in New York is administering vaccines. They are giving 4 free museum admissions with every vaccination.
