Virgin's Bower seed heads

Off to the sheriff's office again - twice in one week.  I stopped off on Monday to give them a check for 'Shop w/ a Cop'.   It's a good program and while this year it won't be as 'hands on', the sheriff's department will still be doing it.  Yesterday I received an e-mail from the state's clerk association suggesting each polling place contact their local law enforcement.  It's not that there is any specific threat to the election but w/ all of the rhetoric of hacked voting machines, rigged absentee ballots, incorrect counting of ballots, and other such nonsense, it's possible some suggestible people could become violent.   So I bopped back to the sheriff's office again w/ a printout of where our town hall is located and phone numbers for the chief inspector, a town supervisor who will be working this election, and me.  The deputy said they would pass it on to on-duty cops on election day and to dispatch.  Hopefully, we are all just being overly cautious.  Anyway, it was the same deputy I had handed the donation to earlier in the week so maybe that's worth 'brownie' points toward this request?  (ha)
