Ramp seeds (Wild Leek)

I turned on the TV for the evening news tonight.  Once again NBC had preempted the news from some cock-and-bull sports program.  First, I'd hoped that w/ all of the pandemic restrictions, we wouldn't have so many national sports games this year.  Second, If a stupid game goes into overtime, fine, but don't televise it.  Keep to the original programming schedule like when NBC switched to Heidi instead of showing the end of the Raiders/Jets game in 1968.  I turned the channel to ABC to watch their news.  Their weatherman was explaining that a 'killing frost' is when temps fall below 28 degrees for a significant amount of time.   I'm familiar w/ the term but not that there was a specific temp associated w/ it.  Always a good thing when you learn something new from the news.
