Sunrise through the Pines

'Spring Forward' has never worked for me as a mnemonic.  Spring Forward / Spring Back - either term seems equally common to me.   I just wait for the public service announcements to remind me which way the clocks should be set.  However, I realized that 'Spring Forward' could also mean that the spring equinox hasn't arrived yet but is ahead of us (March 20th).  Now the phrase 'Spring Forward' makes sense.  Even works in the fall since we turn the clocks back in October or November which is well after the autumnal equinox - i.e. 'Fall Back'.  Now if I could just figure out something that worked for left and right.

I always look at which hand is my wedding ring on for right and left distinction. I realize that might not work for everyone, however. ;-)
