Brent arrived for a winter visit. Once he was settled in he took off cross country on his skis. He's also spent a good deal of time in Mjolnir making a work bench. So far he has nothing but good things to say about working in there - warm enough, room enough, and plenty of light. In between time he hung a picture I'd had framed in Mjolnir and a glass calendar in my study (I had grown tired of squinting across the room at the calendar hung on the pin board.) Today he took off for the Big City to check in on his former boarder George. George had heart surgery on Friday to replace a valve, fix a leaky valve, and rectify an issue that was causing one side of the heart to enlarge. Unfortunately, George was still in Intensive Care so Brent couldn't see him. However Brent was able to visit w/ some of the cousins. Me ... I might be coming down w/ a cold.
