Merry Christmas!

Indy, Dunder, Blitzen, and I had a great Christmas Day.  Russell and Donna came over Christmas Eve for dinner - wild rice soup, salad, roast beef, mashed potatoes, gravy, and peas.  Strawberries and raspberries w/ whipped cream for dessert.  I'll be eating leftovers until New Years Day.  This morning I let the animals play w/ the new toys they received and fed them some of the treats.  Once they had settled down for a winter's nap, I binge watched episodes of Midsomer Murders before I too fell asleep.    These are pictures my sister sent of the gift I gave to my brother-in-law Dan - gloves w/ attached claws on each finger.  Ostensibly they are for gardening but I figured Dan would find other uses for them too.

The reflections of Carolyn an Sasha, in the sliding door, make it look like they had to sit outside. In fact, this picture on your blog, was actually taken by Carolyn at this moment. fun!
