My go-to decoration for winter are red Christmas ornaments. I find filling up containers w/ a variety of them very festive. Therefore I have a lot (a real lot) of red balls in different sizes, various shapes, and a multitude of patterns. A splash of glittering color in the winter is just what the soul needs.
