Before I got up this morning I was listening to Public Radio. They were talking about a tiny homes project in a city in the southern part of the state being built for veterans. One had been built earlier for young adults w/ success - i.e. young adults rented the homes for a year or so until they saved enough money for an apartment. The homes were 240 sq. ft. Reminded me of an article I read recently about Tokyo tiny apartments which were 107 sq. ft. (plus a loft area). Makes the 17' x 20' work area in Mjolnir seem positively palatial.
