Moonset

Another winter snowstorm is due.   I'm hunkered down for the duration.  Tonight Svengoolie is showing 'It Came From Beneath The Sea.'  A movie about a giant cephalopod running amok.  (Remind me to wrap my GNO Christmas gift.)  The movie is an old black-and-white that has a male scientist lecturing to the female scientist's macho paramour that "Modern women are every bit as capable as men  and want to be treated as equals."  Immediately afterward an arm of the giant octopus snakes up and out of the water.  The woman scientist screams a couple of times, points, and buries her head in her dimwitted beau's shoulder.  Oh well ...
