Blowing Snow

Between overcast skies and blowing snow, this pic of the swamp looks like it was taken in black and white.  Quite beautiful when you are viewing it from the warmth of your house.

Saw my friend Nancy for the first time since her knee surgery.  We talked on the way to breakfast, talked as we took a short tour of town, talked in her driveway.  Then her husband wanted to take off in his truck so we backed out of the driveway (still talking) and went for a 'drive around the block' to talk a little more.  Stopped back at her driveway and talked a bit more.  Plan is to meet up next weekend when I bet we'll have more to talk about.
