Looking in at the Split Leaf Philodendron
Indy let me know my neighbor Blake was at the front door. I was pretty glad. Had been meaning to call him. He told me why he was there and then I asked if it was OK for Indy and I to walk his part of the swamp again. The understanding is I stay off his property in the month of November so technically we can walk there again in December. The last few years though I like to ask him specifically if it's OK. Different hunting seasons continue into January and once he decided to take counter measures when coyotes got too aggressive. Pretty sure he'd tell me if we shouldn't be there but I figure it doesn't hurt to ask. Then Blake and I started talking politics (we don't agree). Therefore probably fortunate that I remembered something else I'd wanted his opinion on. Somehow we also got onto a philosophy about circles (I'll have to think about that one) and then he left. So Indy and I will get in more long walks before winter snows arrive. The thing is I can't remember the reason Blake stopped by in the first place. Hopefully, there isn't something I'm suppose to do.
