I love to get materials from the library but you do have to patiently wait for some things that are popular. On the other hand, sometimes the cosmos decides everything you have ordered should arrive at the same time. Tonight I had 'Holy Ghost' by John Sanford, 'Thanksgiving' by Janet Evanovich, 'Grilled for Murder' by Maddie Day, 'Sapiens' by Yuval Harari, and the movie 'Die Hard' waiting for me plus I'm already reading two other books from the library. Will probably send back 'Holy Ghost'. It's a popular item right now and someone will be waiting anxiously for it. Will also send back 'Thanksgiving'. It's an audio book I planned on reading on my recent road trip for the holiday. Since Thanksgiving is now past and I have plenty to read, I'll reorder it next year. I'm looking forward to 'Sapiens' and it's a bit esoteric so am hoping if I don't get it read in three weeks I'll be able to renew it. (It's a very long book). I'm currently reading 'Flipped for Murder' which is the precursor for 'Grilled for Murder' so will keep that one too. That just leaves 'Die Hard'. Not sure why I got that one - just in a Bruce Willis frame of mind I guess.
