Red Squirrel

Standing in the doorway between my bedroom and my bath I could piece together everything that must have occurred.  I don't have a toilet paper holder mounted on the wall in that bathroom because I just haven't found one I liked.  Instead I keep a couple of toilet paper rolls in a cutesy woven basket on the floor.  The cat's have a water dish in the utility room but I have another one for them in the kitchen next to Indy's much larger bowl.  Indy became possessive of both dishes so I moved the cat's water dish to my bathroom.  I refill it every morning but now it was dry. Therefore ... playful Blitzen must have wrestled a toilet tissue roll out of the basket, carried it over to the dish and let it soak up all of the water.  She then dragged the roll across the floor (explaining the damp trail I was standing on) to her fav place to play.  That was why I was now looking at a wet sodden mess of toilet tissue spread over the top of my bed.
