Killing frosts are defined when the temp goes below 28 degrees. Tonight could be our 'killing frost' for the season. I debated where to put all of the outside potted plants. I plan on overwintering them as I have in past years but I hate dragging plants inside only to drag them back outside when fickle Mother Nature decides to suddenly warm temps for a couple of weeks. Instead tucked them all in the garage and turned on the heat in the house. (It was getting a bit nippy in there anyway.) Afterward I bopped downtown to pick up mail and gas and saw that tonight was the annual Church Sing at the church in Apollonia. Too late for that but I knew they would still have the lights on so stopped by to take a pic before tootling on home.
