Indy and I went out for a walk. It was meant to be a short walk. There had been rain earlier in the day and I hadn't checked to see if there was more coming. It was wonderfully cool out and each time we came to a path that would take us back home, we opted instead to go further. Not a lot of color out in the woods yet - though there are some rather pretty areas. Came out at the gravel pit which wasn't in use because of the recent rains. Followed a 4-wheeler path along the pumpkin patch so there was actually only a short distance we slogged through the tall grass. Once home, both Indy and I settled down for a short nap. Big mistake. I was quite stiff when I woke up. Good excuse to soak for awhile in a hot tub tonight.
