Blue-joint grass (maybe)

The word is that there will be thousands of drones under Christmas trees this year. I read up on the current laws. It is illegal to shoot them down - even if they are over your property. If you do decide to take matters into your own hands, small birdshot is your best ammunition. Current drones are vulnerable to even a slight injury. Don't use a paint-ball gun or nerf ball launcher - they have no effect. However, a Super-soaker or water hose can do the trick. Best bet is a sling-shot or just chuck a rock at it (if you bring it down you can make the argument that it was too close). My preference is allowing them to be hunted - state makes money from selling the tags, hunters have something new to shoot at, people who own drones will learn to keep them on their own property. That's a win-win in my book.
