Sunrise

Spent sometime at the hospital's ER today. I was scrubbing the parlor and caught my finger on the metal stairs. Tore back the fingernail and it bled everywhere! However, that was fixed w/ a bandaid so that's not why I went to the ER. When I left work, I had a message on my phone from my niece Erin. My brother Russell had horrible pain this morning and she took him in to the ER. She said they were still doing tests but it sounded like kidney stones. I went home, cleaned up, and since I had some things to get in town anyway, drove back, bought what I needed, and stopped by the hospital to see how Russ was doing. He was feeling better but the tests all came back negative. The doc said he didn't know what was wrong. He let Russ go, said to take pain meds and check in w/ his regular doctor. I drove Russ home. Hopefully, this is a one-off episode.
