Full Moon from the edge of the woods

After work (and a shower) I got about the business of the day. First, voting. I'd already checked the local paper to see what was on the ballot (2 judge races, 2 referendums, and town offices) and get info so I knew how I wanted to cast my ballot. I was voter number 55 - pretty high turnout for a non-partisan election. Then it was to our library. The Hudson library had e-mailed me a notice that the book "26 Woodworking Projects around the Home" was very overdue. Since I'd thought I'd turned in this book a long time ago, I had no idea where it might be. I told the librarian that I was prepared to pay for it. Kathy, the librarian, looked pensive. She walked back through our library shelves and actually found the book. Some volunteer had not checked it in (which would have sent it back to Hudson) but instead placed it on our library's shelves. Kathy got on the computer and waived my overdue fees. (She did this w/ a certain amount of glee since she has a little feud running w/ the Hudson library). On the way home I called up my neighbors and went over to bum a cup of coffee, eat some leftover jelly beans, and catch up on local gossip. Pretty good day.

I love the blue/lavender colors; They divide the pic right in half etc. I'm wondering what a judge would say about the pic.
I'm wondering because I would like to enter our photo contest, but have no idea what judges look at. ( Give me a quilt and I can tell you all sorts of things). JVM
