Had friends over this weekend. We met at our friend, Nancy's house first. Her old home, which burned this fall, is actually looking much better. The charred mess has been removed and the walls stripped down to the studs. Her new temp home is just two doors down from their old home. Her neighbors are snowbirds who, while they are gone, opened their home for Don and Nancy to use. After going through both homes we congregated back at my house to catch up on our lives. Turned out to be a very relaxing weekend for me and Indy enjoyed having guests too. Orion was non-committal - but that's about the most you can expect from a cat.
