American Toad

I finally got my Christmas cards. I ordered them on-line from the company I usually use. This year, their on-line form would not let me enter my P.O. Box in the shipping address but I could put in my physical address. The cards were sent through the postal service and fortunately put in my box only because the Post Office personnel know me. I sent an e-mail to the company explaining what happened. They replied since some of their items are delivered via UPS they don't allow a P.O. Box in the ship-to but I can "call/e-mail/Live Chat" w/ them after I order and they will fix my address on-line. I thanked them for the information and outlined an easy programming fix to the issue. I said of course if they would rather have their P.O. Box customers remember to call/e-mail/Live Chat after they order on-line that was their decision. I'd check back w/ their site before Christmas shopping to see what they decided. There is the possibility that I'm becoming a feisty old lady.

Oh no! It's not coming to that is it?
At least you are sending Christmas cards thru the postal system. I look forward to them every year.
I finally got a tkt to Dallas. Gave up on the car not knowing all the codes/mumbers. JVM

Agree on the PO Box issue. I always have a terrible time. There is no mail delivery to my home because I live within 1000 feet of a post office. I don't have many options.

Our UPS guy won't deliver to our house because he is afraid he will pop a tire on our driveway! Mail to my PO is my only option.
