Sun Pillar

Stepped out just before sunrise to see if I could get a picture of a 2% moon. While Indy and I were outside looking I could hear turkeys talking back and forth, owls hooting, crows having their usual pre-dawn gab fest, and coyotes in the hills calling the group together. More noise than I heard all winter. Made me think spring might actually be trying to come. Never did find a sliver of moon but did get a picture of a great sun pillar as a bonus prize.
