Santa and his elves at the library

Volunteered at the library this morning. The whole village was having a Christmas celebration. The library sponsored pictures w/ Santa and held children's games. The Village Hall had free soup and carolers. There were horse drawn rides downtown. When I closed down the library at noon, I went visiting the other festivities. I bypassed the pie social at the VFW and the craft sale at the Fire Station - would just have ended up buying more stuff.
