The library was hopping tonight. It was the first meeting of the Lego Club for the season. They meet right after school lets out. There were 54 kids. That club was just dispersing when I showed up at 4:30 p.m. for my stint as volunteer. The volunteer before me hadn't had time to put away books or check any in so I spent time doing that. At 6:30, the first meeting of a new Crafters group met. Tonight they were knitting or teaching others how to knit. At 7 p.m. I closed up the library and made sure one of the crafters would shut off the lights when that group finished up. I'll join them at the next meeting w/ something simple (very simple) to try.
