Indy did good today. She started barking to let me know someone was at my front door (one of her duties is to act as my automatic door bell.) A salesman was smiling in at me. I opened the door. Indy stepped in front of me, hackles up, head down, a guttural growl just audible. The salesman froze. I called Indy's name and she stepped back, sitting at my side - eyes never leaving the salesman. He reeled off his spiel and left in record time. I would never want Indy to attack anyone but I'm OK w/ her putting on a good show.
