Saw the doc today. My hip joints had been hurting. More than just the usual issue of getting up and down. The doc ordered x-rays and blood tests and told me to come back afterwards. She found nothing in the preliminary results but some of the tests will take longer and she'll have an expert take a look at the x-rays. In the meantime, extra-strength Excedrin masks the pain and has the side effect of making me feel very happy.

I've heard glucosamine chondroiten in conjunction with fish oil works well for joint pain. I'll bring some up in the fall.
