Turkey Track


Had talked on Monday to Mike about steam cleaning the parlor today. We usually try to do it every month but the last time was November. If we don't leave the two big double garage doors open, the steam fogs everything up and the parlor becomes so tropical we are all dripping water. These last months have been cold enough that leaving the doors open would freeze everything up. Steam and Cold - not a good combo. Mike works two shifts - the morning and the afternoon. Yesterday he decided not to go home in between shifts and steam cleaned on his own. So, not only did we not have to steam today but I cancelled the usual Thursday foaming/scrubbing since the parlor wasn't that dirty. Figured the owners shouldn't have to pay for the extra time to clean again and, let's face it, I'm basically lazy.
