Eerie sunrise sky

Yearly checkup today. Everything is good - blood pressure, cholesterol, and a bunch of other stuff. The slight pain in my shoulder is not a rotator cuff problem but more likely a touch of osteoarthritis. The foot pain is more enigmatic. Doc sent me down to have an x-ray on it. Will decide on what the next step (so to speak) will be after those results are back. The doc asked if I wanted a vaccine shot for Shingles and, of course, I am always up for a shot.   Afterward, I went home and took a nap.  My psyche requires a little regeneration after all of that touching.
