The dairy owners planned a milking training session today but the Spanish interpreter has the flu. They decided that they needed her so that our two Mexican nationals could understand everything said -and- that if she came, sick as she is, all of their milking crew might be infected at the same time. So the class has been postponed. I've been through a lot of these classes so, while they are usually informative, what I miss most is the pizza the owners provide at the end. Oh well, there is a raspberry strudel recipe I've been waiting to try.
