Abstract Sunrise

Woke up this morning at 3:30 a.m. as usual. However, because it was the weekend, I could enjoy the warm bed, turn over, and go back to sleep for a bit. Must have been a cold morning because when I finally left the house at 9:00 a.m., the temp was still below zero. Had coffee w/ Aunt June. She had just had her hair done and looked especially nice. Too bad I didn't bring my camera. Bought groceries, picked up my mail, and got home around noon. Indy and I took off for a walk through the snow. When we got back, it was time to get down to doing more town work. Spent most of the rest of the afternoon composing, compiling, copying, and collating. I swear when I'm not clerk anymore, I'm going to put all of the extra time I will have to good use - doing stained glass, working at the garden, cleaning my house, learning Spanish, a vacation trip to Spitsbergen, writing a series of murder mystery books, working out velocity dispersions for various stellar populations, fixing the U.S. budget, maybe get a doctorate in something or other ...

Have really enjoyed your bird pictures this month. I like your idea of doing more stained glass. I think you need a separate building with a studio (and combination woodworking shop).

Spitsbergen?

I second my brother's comment - the one about woodworking shop. I plan on saving this blog so I can remind you of your renewed commitment to stain glass. You loved doing it so much.

Highly recommend Rosetta Stone for learning Spanish (It's how Olivia got so good at Russian.)
Where is Spitsbergen?!
