The town held a second caucus this afternoon for the sole purpose of nominating another clerk. The meeting took most of 1 minute and, since she attended, I had her sign all of the paperwork then and there so we have someone running for every office. Immediately after I got home, Indy and I took off for a walk in the swamps. The snow had already accumulated to quite a few inches and it was still snowing. The familiar landscape looks different as every ridge, rock, and swale becomes covered. Also makes for tougher walking - fell down a few times when my foot slipped on a ridge, tripped over a rock, and stumbled into a swale.
