Clouded Sun

Woke up to what promised to be a very exciting day - Winter Solstice AND the End of the World. To add a bit of whimsy, listened to the NRA assert that after shootings in churches, schools, theaters, etc. what we need is fewer gun free zones and MORE guns. I watched on TV, unbelieving, as congressmen left on vacation w/o making any progress on cutting the budget. Fortunately, real life went on normally: Work - Home - Say Hi to Brent who has come for the holidays - Nap - Wrap Christmas Presents. It was a wonderful day!
