I've had so many leftovers from Christmas pre & post meals that I haven't had to make anything new for awhile. Tonight I just couldn't look at another re-hashed supper and decided to make Quiche Lorraine. My sister-in-law had served it at Thanksgiving Day breakfast and given me the recipe - plus some of the harder to obtain ingredients. The cheese for the dish came from the dairy owners who again gave all of us, not only a Christmas bonus, but butter and lots of cheeses. While I've never made quiche before and did substitute an Italian cheese for the Swiss cheese called for in the recipe, it turned out beautifully. Of course, I couldn't eat it all so now I have even more leftovers. (However, they are all great tasting leftovers.)

I'm always willing to eat your leftovers. Sometimes they even taste better after sitting a day or two.
Pasta dishes always taste better the next day to me. I once overheard a woman in the library say she wasn't into eating leftovers. We would starve at my house without leftovers. We've been eating turkey and squash for a week straight. Fortunately it is very good turkey and squash.
