Reflections in the face of a Woolly Bear

Didn't get much sleep last night because of a long town meeting. This morning at work it was really cold plus we scubbed the parlor afterward. Once home, there were a couple of hours of errands for the town to do. Home again, Indy was anxious for a walk. I was cold, tired, and my body ached, but there is a look of pure joy on a black lab's face at the aspect of running through the woods so I trudged outside. Actually, I felt better once we started and our walk ended up going through areas of the swamp I haven't been to for awhile. Sun was getting ready to set by the time we returned home and I sat down to listen to the nightly news. Instantly fell asleep. Now I'm trying to wake up enough to go to bed. Funny, seems I rememer my parents doing this same nightly routine.
