Checking out the old homestead

The walk today happened to take me past bluebird houses "M" and "N". I noticed there were birds on top of them and when Indy and I got closer saw they were bluebirds! Once the last of the fledglings had "flown the coop" I had only intermittently seen any bluebirds in the area. It appears that they either went north earlier and are now migrating south, or have always been in the area and are just massing up for their migration. Either way it was nice to see the family reunion.
