Jewelweed

Besides Kelsey, the dairy has hired a new weekend milker named Jose. He needed more hours than just the afternoon and night milking on Saturday and Sunday so the owners also gave him the Friday afternoon and night shifts. That meant that Mike and Randy lost one shift apiece. Mike was certainly OK w/ it. He works both morning and afternoons all week long and appreciated being able to get a longer weekend. Randy however only works the night shift during the week and wasn't as pleased. He told Mike he was going to scrub the parlor on Wednesday night to make up some time. This morning, Mike pointed out that Randy had indeed scrubbed last night and did I want to scrub again today?  Well ... Randy didn't scrub all of the places that Mike and I do but I didn't want the dairy owners to have to pay extra for us to go over some of the same places (plus, let's face it, none of us really enjoy scrubbing). So I agreed that we could bypass it today. Maybe the new norm will be Mike and I scrub on Mondays but Randy does Thursdays.  Could be a win-win for all of us.
