A Sparrow watching Sunrise

Spent some time today making requested changes to the plans for the new town hall. The board had voted to accept the plans as they were at the meeting in June but the plans have yet to be certified by the state so the board wanted a couple of changes.  The state won't certify the plans until the town has a deed for the land where the new town hall will be. The lawyers won't work on that until the land has been rezoned from Ag to residential plus we have a variance from the county to put in a driveway that is within 500 feet of another driveway. The county won't rezone the land or give a variance until we can show that we have state certified plans. So we are currently in a loop. While the board works on getting one of the groups to budge, no harm in tweaking the plans a little.
