White-breasted Nuthatch

Found out yesterday that I had to go to a meeting today on Property Assessment Rolls. I was not happy.   I'd worked hard all morning and then had to spend 2 1/2 hours at what I considered would be an incredibly dry discussion on property descriptions and values. The meeting started a little late as the speaker, Rebecca, waited for some last minute arrivals. I spent the time figuring out just how much my rate/hour for being the town clerk was this month (it's below minimum wage). However, once she got started, Rebecca did a great job. Afterwards, I stopped by to give her the highest compliment I have for a meeting.  "It wasn't boring." I said.
