The tax cycle has started. The town treasurer and I attended the annual county-wide meeting to get our paperwork and instructions. The county officers try to make it a pleasent meeting by feeding us home-made chili and cake. The meeting is still pretty much getting a whole lot of work and being warned about making our dead-lines. As an added kicker this year, the county also threw in some info on the election cycle coming up. Elections and taxes - does it get any better.
